Clover Center isAl Mazaya’s first venture into the medical sector providing world- class medical services soaring to 19 floors and embracing a wide selection of clinics and specialties under one roof in a very prime location. The clinics are exclusively designed with an upmost pleasant ambience and equipped with the latest medical technology that caters to all the needs of the doctors & visitors. Wara Hosptial is the second successful investment for AL Mazaya in the medical sector in Sabah Al Salem in Kuwait . The project is fully designed on a land size of 2,000 m2 and consists of 17 floors . The project is fully completed , leased out , and was licensed to a hospital integrated from the Ministry of Health «Wara Hospital». Mazaya Clinic III is the third investment for AL Mazaya in the medical sector in Bneid Al-Gar in Kuwait. The project is fully designed on a land size of 4,000 m2 and consists of 25 floors to serve more than 72 clinics . The project reflects a world-class medical center featuring an array of specialties , laboratory , radiology unit with the latest medical technologies . The project has reached 100 % occupancy rate and is fully operational with high Caliber doctors in Kuwait.
