With reference to the above mention subject, we received an e-mail on 14/02/2021 from Dubai Financial Market regarding the published press release “Boursa Kuwait: Transfer of 30.7 million shares in "Al Mazaya Holding".
We hereby inform you that the United Circle General Contracting and Building Company “a subsidiary of Al Mazaya Holding Company and a member of its Board of Directors” disclosed on Boursa Kuwait as an insider about the transfer of ownership of 30,668,079 shares of Al Mazaya Holding Company KSCP owned by United Circle - (which is considered Indirect treasury shares of Al Mazaya Holding Company) - to Al Mazaya Holding Company KSCP (the ultimate parent company), and the ownership was transferred outside the trading hall at the ownership transfer department at Boursa Kuwait and the price was set by the ownership transfer department at 59.9 fils according to the last trading price trading on Boursa Kuwait upon the approval of transfer of ownership, and then the transferred shares became direct treasury shares in Al Mazaya Holding Company shareholders register.
