Responsibilities and Duties:
• Analyzing real-estate projects, and preparing feasibility studies and presentations for opportunities in Kuwait or in the Gulf Region
(mainly Dubai & Abu Dhabi) that enable the company to make long-term financing decisions & investments. The feasibility study
includes financial details and analysis with a market knowledge and background.
• Analyzing related project costs such as estimated project management fees, construction and design costs.
• Managing projects including under study opportunities and projects of interest to the organization by tracking, requesting
information and maintaining good relations with real estate brokers and market researchers.
• Managing meetings with clients, financial managers, project managers, architects, designers & civil engineers to discuss matters and
issues related to projects.
• Field visits to facilities or sites of interest.
• Presenting and reviewing studies with the staff of Business Development Department and members of the committee headed by the
company’s Executive Vice Presidents of each sector.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and tenants in any of the organization’s facilities.
• Meeting existing clients/tenants & new clients and making them aware of any new real-estate offers or opportunities the company
launches.
• Managing tenant contracts and reviewing it with the Legal Department for feedback & tenant concerns.
• Preparing facility procedures manuals and providing any technical data required for any marketing campaigns.
• Managing the facilities maintenance, security, cleaning & tenant construction matters, rules and regulations.
• Managing any fitting out or furnishing matters that the tenant requests to be handled from the organizations side in their rented
space. Coordinating & following up with engineers for any division Fitted/Furnished floors during the design phase & furniture’s
request of tenants for the tower
• Meeting daily with any tenants, ministry representatives, visitors & answering daily calls regarding company products such as rent,
space, prices, availability & engineering @KBT/Clover
• Following up with legal & IT departments for any issues required by tenants & potential tenants. Organizing meetings with both
departments, delivering what is required by tenants to be interpreted into draft contracts or quotations obtained.
• Preparing manuals, design & procedure documents for properties. Preparing reports of tower updates, issues, problems, tenant
status, new visitor logs & requirements.
