Responsibilities and Duties:
• Corporate Financial Performance
• Collect group financial data from all functions within the finance department at Group level
• Monitor on a regular basis the financial performance of functions/ departments and communicate relevant gaps to be addressed.
• Monitor performance against business plan and raise relevant issues in a timely manner.
• Investigate and understand further the implications of the current financial results by gathering input from businesses and, if need
be from the market.
• Own the Financial Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and monitoring process (data collection, KPI scoring, and report
generation)
• Develop and implement Finance, accounting, and auditing policy and proceduresContribute to the identification of opportunities
for continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices.
• Preparation and finalization of timely and accurate departmental MIS statements and reports pertaining to the business to meet
companies requirements, policies and standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate Management Reports, Audit Committee & Board Reports on an ongoing basis.
• Set up reporting standards and guidelines and ensure in-depth financial analysis of Group’s financial statements.
• Review calculation of specific financial items and measure financial ratios (solvency, profitability, growth, etc.) and compare them
to local, regional and international benchmarks
• preparation of financial forecasts, plans Budgets and document issues/ findings in financial analysis reports and propose
recommendations
• Collect all required financial data through the system and/ or departments and follow-up on any delays/ issues.
• Preparation of Consolidated Group Financial budget and Individual Subsidiaries Budget on the basis of each department and LOB
of company
• Monitoring of Variance in the Budget & Actual perfofmance of each Individual Subsidiaries department and LOB of company on a
monthly basis on PTD –YTD basis and reporting it to CEO & Chairmain
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis requested by Management.
• Liaise with different departments whenever financial analysis support is requested.
