Al Maathar is located in one of the most important commercial
streets in the city of Riyadh, where the majority of banks and
investment companies in the city are based. The tower is part
of a 3 towers complex characterized by a unique design and
architectural features. Al Maathar consists of G + 9 floors, all
with flexible floor plans and view overlooking the main road.
