THE Project

Mazaya Clinic VI is Al Mazaya’s sixth investment in the medical sector. The project aims to provide a high quality
healthcare destination and world-class levels of service in this sector. Al Mazaya seeks to include a wide range of
the oldest and most important names and brands in the medical field and a group of unique and new specialties
in Kuwait and the region.
Mazaya Clinic VI is located in the Salmiya area in Kuwait on an area of approximately 3,554 square meters, and
consists of two towers, the first tower plot (35) with a height of 22 floors and each floor consists of one clinic with
an area of 201 square meters, with a total construction area of 2,600 square meters, and the second tower a plot
(41) with a height of 24 floors, and each floor consists of two clinics, with an area ranging between 171 and 142
square meters, with a total construction area of 6,200 square meters. Each of the towers have a car parking in
the basement and the ground floor , In addition to a medical laboratory, a physiotherapy spa, and 2 specialized
pharmacy with an area of 52 & 90 square meters on the ground floor. The project will provide 24/7 maintenance,
guarding and cleaning services.
