DISTRICTS & THEMES
Derived from the urban structure of San Francisco, The Liwan Master Plan Comprises of abundant architectural themes
throughout the districts which introduces the Master Plan with its exclusive sense of place. To reflect this, Liwan is divided
into four districts:
Golden Gate District and Park
A residential district with superior high-rise residential architecture encompassing a large plaza and a lake.
The Ridge
With exquisite residential buildings positioned around a large lake in a valley, this district takes its cues from hilly San
Francisco.
Down Town
Characterized by a cluster of office space towers with a forty-storey signature pyramidal shaped building.
The Suburb
A residential district that features a large central parkland offering a tranquil environment.
Q-Line residential properties are located throughout Liwan and are premeditated accordingly to the respected themes.
