                 Tala Residence is a 346-unit housing project being
                 developed for the employees of the Qatar National

                 Convention Centre (QNCC) .The QNCC is the first project
                 of its kind to be built with the standards of the Gold
                 Category  Certification  of  the  Leadership  in  Energy  and

                 Environmental Design (LEED). It constitutes conferences,
                 Exhibitions Center. It’s a result of understanding between
                 Mazaya Qatar & Qatar foundation.
