Mazaya has leasehold rights to two plots of industrial –zone land totalizing 27,605 m2 in area located at the Bahrain Investment Wharf (BIW). The proposed development will create approximately 13,080 m2 of leasable warehouse space in unit sizes beginning at 250 m2.
The BIW is located within the Salaman Industrial City, a special economic zone comprised of three new industrial parks catering to different segments of the logistics and industrial market. The Salaman Industrial City immediately adjacent to the new deepwater Khalifa Bin Salaman Port which was inaugurated in 2009.
