The company was established in 1998 and started operations
as AL Mazaya Holding Company in 2004 with a paid up
capital of KD 15 million which has increased to reach KD
64.9 million. Al Mazaya Holding Company is listed both
in the Kuwait Stock Exchange and in the Dubai Financial
Market.
Al Mazaya has a diversified structure that is divided
among high net worth of investors and solid corporate
organizations.
Since its inception, Al Mazaya has adopted a
balanced expansion strategy that allowed for
mitigating risk, while maximizing investment return
and witnessing strong growth. By maintaining
diversified business allocations within the building
industry and geographical distribution of investments
in the region, the company has been able to maintain
