Gross amount due amounting to KD 13,155,345 (2015: KD 4,926,471) were impaired with a provision of
KD 1,342,833 (2015: KD 1,800,670). The movement in provision allowance during the year is as follows:
Restricted bank balances represent escrow accounts restricted for receiving and making payments for specific
construction activity and these may not be available for use within 90 days.
