Al Mazaya
Real Estate Brokerage was introduced specifically to provide high-quality,
personalized services to our clients, developed specifically for their convenience. For
example, our brokers obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for
sale with real estate firms, monitor the fulfillment of purchase contract terms and ensure
that they are handled in a timely manner, compare a property with similar properties
that have recently been sold (in order to determine its competitive market price), and
may also act as an intermediary in the closing negotiations between buyers and sellers
over property prices and settlement details.
