Al Mazaya Holding Co (K.S.C) a leading property firm in the region, signed a contribution contract with "Oman Construction" to share in a real estate investment portfolio in Oman with a capital of OMR 3.1 million. Al Mazaya's share is 40% while 12% is for Oman Construction and 12% for "Mina" real estate company. The remainder of the percentage is submitted for IPO from a chosen group of investors and real estate companies.

The AGM has approved to distribute interim dividends for the period ended 31/03/2023 as free bonus shares from the company’s treasury shares at the rate of 2 % to be distributed among the shareholders registered in the company’s shares’ registry as of the Eligibility Date. This will not result in any increase in the company’s capital or its issued shares. These shares are entitled to the shareholders registered in the company’s records at the end of the entitlement day on Thursday 24/08/2023 and will be distributed on 30/08/2023, with the authorization of the Board of Directors to amend the share entitlements schedule and take the necessary action with the fractions of the outstanding shares.
