The BOD of Al Mazaya Holding Company K.S.C.P (Holding) will convene on Wednesday 18/10/2023 at 01:30 PM to discuss the following:
1-To discuss the recommendation to the Extraordinary General Assembly to approve the merger contract through amalgamation between Al Mazaya Holding Company K.S.C.P. (Holding) “Mazaya” and First Dubai Real Estate Development Company K.S.C.P. “First Dubai.”
2-To discuss the recommendation to the Extraordinary General Assembly to approve the merger through amalgamation between Al Mazaya Holding Company K.S.C.P. (Holding) “Mazaya” and First Dubai Real Estate Development Company K.S.C.P. “First Dubai.”
3-To discuss the recommendation to the Extraordinary General Assembly to approve an increase in the capital of Al Mazaya Holding Company through in-kind increase by issuing 40,813,008 shares allocated to the shareholders of First Dubai Real Estate Development Company K.S.C.P., those with non-controlling interest, so that the company’s paid-up capital becomes 52,556,117.4 KD distributed into 525,561,174 shares, after obtaining the approvals of the competent regulatory authorities.
