Mr. Jasem Al Ghanim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in International Business from the University of San Francisco, California, USA, and an Associate Degree in Marketing from Santa Barbara City College, California, USA. Additionally, he has undergone Executive Training Programs at the prestigious Harvard Business School, further enriching his knowledge and skills.

Mr. Jasem Al Ghanim has an over 24 years of professional experience in Real Estate. Working as Executive Director for Property Management Dept. in Al Mazaya Holding Co. Throughout his career, Mr. Al Ghanim has played a pivotal role in real estate development and management across various projects in Kuwait, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Turkey. His proactive approach to conducting in-depth real estate research, tracking competitors' activities, and analyzing industry trends has contributed significantly to the success of the organizations he has been associated with.

Currently serving as the Vice Chairman at Waterfront Real Estate Co., General Manager at Kuwaiti Saudi Real Estate Investment Co. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and a Member of the Kuwait Public Relations Association, Mr. Al Ghanim's leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving business growth and fostering valuable partnerships.
