The development will consist of three main districts namely the financial heart, financial support offices, and the residential
and open space. The financial heart will include many facilities such as business centers (local and international), and
diversified stock markets. Regarding the financial support offices, such facilities would include office buildings, marinas and
government facilities that will cover the main downtown area. The residential district will consist of apartments, deluxe villas,
and townhouses. The remainder of the area will be dedicated to open park space.
