The conceptual project’s layout of mixed use facilities will create a dynamic environment that will allow investors to capitalize
on their financial returns. The conceptual plans provided specify the design as an atypical island that will be situated in the
heart of Kuwait Bay. It will be a geopolitical location that will host a large attraction point. Neira will enhance Kuwait’s
existing coast and will surround a total area of 4.6 million square meters on the south-east side of the illustrous Kuwait Bay. By
employing the construction of the Financial Hub within these limits, accounts of existing approach channels and navigation
limits for commercial shipping (using Shuwaikh and Doha Ports) within the bay have been preserved.
