Neira Financial Hub is the first step to reviving Kuwait’s heritage. The development will embrace several benefits for both
local individuals and the government:
1. Attractive Employment Creation
Neira will be a crucial employment tool for the government that will meet the expected national workforce for Kuwait’s future
generations.
It is estimated that employing nationals will reach a figure of 320,000, wile the required employment according to recent
statistics deduces that the required employment for 2020 will reach 720,000 with 400,000 jobs entitled to Kuwaitis.
Although Kuwaiti nationals constitute for 90% of the public sector, this development will allow dissemination of the private
sector with the government’s assistance. Neira’s governmental facilities and public administration will have a primary role
adhering to the needs of its citizens.
